Is your Artwork in Vector format?
If you already have your logo or design in vector format, please email it to design@getyourbrandon.co.za.
If you don’t have your logo in vector format or you’re not sure what that is, don’t stress at all. Just send us the best version of your logo you have, and we’ll convert it to vector for you. We’ll make sure it looks sharp, professional, and fully production-ready for branding.
We cannot guarantee it will be a free conversions but if you have one simple logo or straightforward design that just needs to be redrawn, we’ll do it free of charge. Please note that artwork redraws may require additional turnaround time.
Preferred file Types for Artwork:
.cdr, .ai, .eps, .pdf,
Our preferred artwork format is vector format (using the file extensions above). Vector artwork is created using smooth, clean lines that define shapes and colours clearly within your design.
Because vector files can be resized without any loss of quality, they allow us to:
- Scale your logo up or down without it becoming blurry
- Adjust colours where required
- Ensure crisp, sharp, and well-defined printing on your final product
Using vector artwork helps us deliver the best possible print quality and ensures your branding looks professional across all applications.
Pantone Colours
Pantone colours are part of the Pantone Matching System (PMS), a globally recognised colour standard that helps us keep your brand colours consistent every time we print. By working from an official Pantone reference, we can match your logo colours as accurately as possible across different products and materials.
Please note that Pantone charts are a guide only, as colours can appear different depending on screen settings and lighting. If you’re unsure about your Pantone colours or need help choosing the right match, the GYBO team is always happy to assist.
Font Names & Curved Text
Fonts are specific styles of text used in your design. If your artwork includes text, please let us know the font name used. Alternatively, if your artwork is supplied in vector format, you can convert the text into non-editable shapes (often referred to as curved or outlined text). This ensures your design displays correctly and avoids any font issues during production.
